Your New Career

UX Designer

Marketing Ideas For Printers is looking for a person that can design great experiences for customers as they interact with our websites, apps, and digital products and services. You know that saying, “You only get one chance at a first impression,” right? Our UX Designer is responsible for making sure that first impression (and every impression!) is memorable, for all the right reasons.

Details

Our core values define what’s important to us. At too many workplaces the core values (if they exist at all) are simply something you walk by on your way to the lunchroom. Here at Marketing Ideas For Printers, we hire and fire based on our core values, and we evaluate our team on those core values every quarter. They’re that important to us.

If you wish to join our team, then they need to be important to you, too. Here are our core values:

Integrity: We honor God in our actions.

Others First: We look beyond ourselves and serve others.

Positive Attitude: We find the best in every experience.

Reliable: We are timely, accurate, and knowledgeable.

Team Focused: We share the challenges; we share the victories.

If those core values resonate with you and are as important to you as they are to us, then you’ll love the culture of Marketing Ideas For Printers!

If you find yourself matching up with our core values, then the next step is to see how well you fit with the expectations of the UX Designer. The expectations are listed here:

Interface Standards

The UX Designer is expected to create the interface standards that govern the overall appearance and experience for the websites, apps, and digital products and services used by our prospects and customers. Interface standards are to be documented in Style Guides that will be used as the definitive guide by all members of the team developing our websites, products, and service.

Validate Development Presentation

The UX Designer creates visual interfaces, designs, and customer journeys that are used to guide the development team’s work as they bring the use case and visual elements to life through their code. The UX Designer is expected to review the work of the developers to ensure that the results support the expectations of the UX Designer.

Design User Experience

The UX Designer is responsible for making sure the experiences for visitors and users of all our digital properties are clear, consistent, and enjoyable. The UX Designer will create new experiences when needed, improve existing experiences, and eliminate experiences that are no longer relevant.

Create Visual Content

Interface Quality Control

The UX Designer is responsible for making sure the interfaces experienced by visitors and users of all our digital properties are clear, consistent, simple, and easy to use.
