Sales and Marketing Intern

Marketing Ideas For Printers is looking for a dynamic, energetic, Sales & Marketing Intern! We’re a company with a 30-year history that’s now building a new breed of online business and marketing tools for the printing industry, and we’re adding more talent to help grow our client base.

This internship is a sales & marketing position selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, including websites, MIS, and social media subscriptions, as well as monthly direct mail content subscriptions. This paid internship will last 90 days, with the potential to transition into part-time or full-time employment after the internship period is complete.


Here’s what we expect from our Sales & Marketing Interns:

You will prospect for new customers, qualify prospective customers, identify their needs, guide prospects through the MI4P Process, show them how we can help them sell more printing, and introduce them to the MI4P Process.

You will be consistently building a strong pipeline, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing new business.

With our existing customers, you will develop, build, and maintain ongoing relationships with customers in order to explore new opportunities. (We offer new products and feature updates that they need to know about!)

You will have opportunities to write articles and blogs, find quality Social Media content, and do Social Media posts for Marketing Ideas For Printers.

We’ll expect you to learn about the services we offer, so you can help printers sell more printing. (Don’t worry, we’ll teach you. We have an excellent training program!)

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Exceptional verbal communication and phone skills
  • Strong skills in delivering presentations using screen sharing applications
  • Printshop experience is a plus
