1. Is the urgent crowding out the important?

Do you find yourself constantly putting out the day-to-day fires that you’re not able to take the important steps you need to secure the future of your print business?

2. Are you continually frustrated?

Good time management doesn’t mean you do more, it means you do more of what matters most to you. Frustration is a sign that you’re not scheduling your values – the things that are most important to you.

3. Do you tend to say yes to many small things but no to a few big things?

Busyness does not equal importance. No one wants to waste their energy being busy at doing the wrong things. So, start thinking the opposite and begin to say no to the many small things and yes to the few big things.

4. Do you have time to empower the leaders that will step up and take your place?
