Marketing Ideas For Printers is looking for a unique combination of both leader and high-level salesperson. We’re a company with a 30-year history that’s now building a new breed of online business and marketing tools for the printing industry, and we’re adding more talent to help grow our client base.

The team at Marketing Ideas for Printers is ever evolving! We are in position to triple in size over the next 3 years. What does this mean? Initially, your job will be to learn the ropes as (and be) our Sales Representative. This is an inside sales position selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions including websites, print MIS, social media, and email marketing subscriptions, as well as monthly direct mail content subscriptions. Once you’ve mastered that, you will begin to develop your skill-set as a leader and coach. Your job will be to build, develop, and train a sales team from the ground up. This is an excellent career opportunity with huge potential!


As Sales Rep you will be responsible for:

Connecting with Prospects: You will prospect for new customers, qualify prospective customers, identify their needs and introduce them to the MI4P Process. It’s not all on you though; we have a fantastic marketing team to help generate leads for you!

Sales: New: Guide prospects through the MI4P Process and show them how we can help them sell more printing. You will be consistently building a strong pipeline, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing new business.

Sales: Existing: Guide existing customers through the MI4P Process to identify and pursue opportunities to up-sell our products.

Customer Relations: Develop, build, and maintain ongoing relationships with customers in order to explore new opportunities. We offer new products and feature updates that they need to know about!

Product Knowledge: Learn about the services we offer, so you can help printers sell more printing. (Don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)

As you transition to Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and growing the company book of business
  • Deliver annual sales and revenue targets
  • Continuous improvement of Sales Process
  • Be a member of the Executive Leadership Team
  • Development and execution of strategic action plans
  • Recruitment, training, and development of future sales team
  • Leading, managing, and holding people accountable
  • Establishing annual, quarterly, and weekly sales projections based on long term goals.
