The Customer Care Representative needs to be a “people” person and have a servant’s heart that is dedicated to helping others achieve success. We are looking for someone who can:
Customer requests are submitted to us through all channels of communication (the website, email, mail, phone, chat, smoke signals … we take care of our customers however they communicate with us!). You’ll be one of the first responders that help to win over our customers.
You will be responsible for providing technical application support and troubleshooting our SaaS (Software as a Service) products. A lot of the time you’ll be able to solve problems using tools and resources already available to you. Sometimes you’ll be challenged to get creative and come up with new solutions, both on your own and with your team.
You’ll need a willingness to learn and understand of all of our existing products and services, enhancements to existing products and services, and all new products and services introduced to the market we serve.
As a member of the Customer Care Team, you will be well-positioned to verify that our products and services are helping to create success for our customers. See something that can be improved? Good! Our customers really appreciate knowing that someone’s looking out for them! You will be responsible to work with the quality assurance and development teams by identifying, documenting, and communicating bugs and support issues.
When we roll out enhancements to the apps and services we provide, you will test new features from the point of view of our customers. Since you are in regular contact with our customers, you will be in the best position to make sure the new features truly help printers sell more printing.
This role will take the hand-off from the sales team to get our new customers up and running with their new solutions from MI4P. You will guide the MI4P customers as they seek to set up their new products and services.
