Accounting Administrator

Marketing Ideas For Printers is looking for an ACCOUNTING ROCKSTAR! We’re a company with a 30-year history that’s now building a new breed of online business and marketing tools for the printing industry, and we’re adding more talent to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. This is a part-time entry-level position with flexible hours that are family friendly.


Responsibilities and Duties

The Accounting Administrator will provide accounting assistance to the Financial Services Director and administrative support to all departments.

We are looking for someone who can do:

Accounts Receivable

Process payments, create invoices, daily credit card deposits, collections, batch printing invoices, bank deposits.

Accounts Payable

Enter bills, process & mail checks, process ACH payments, maintain an organized file system, maintain petty cash, assist with year-end 1099 processing.


Maintain accurate financial information through constant reconciliations – daily bank transactions, monthly bank statements, petty cash, and other accounts as needed.

Inbound Contact Response

Be the go-to for accounting questions. You will interact with customers, vendors, contractors, sales team members, and our customer care team.

Administrative Support

Complete regular, routine scheduled tasks including keeping our company calendar up to date, maintain office supplies, and fringe benefit administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

Two year degree in Accounting preferred
Two years’ experience general office and accounting preferred

Quickbooks Online and/or Quickbooks Pro experience is a plus
Must be detail orientated with high degree of accuracy
Must have Microsoft Word, Excel, and email experience
Must be able to work independently and as a team member
