ezMail is a service that provides printers with an affordable and measurable email marketing platform. While ezMail continues to be available for existing customers, we are no longer accepting new ezMail customers because, in January, we’ll be unveiling a new breed of Print Management Information System (Print MIS) code-named “Odyssey.” Not only does Odyssey manage the day-to-day activities of print production, but it also includes a marketing suite (including email!) that communicates with your customers and prospects at every stage of the print-buying cycle – before, during, and after the print order.
Marketing campaigns in Odyssey will deliver automated, yet personalized marketing emails at just the right time, and Odyssey’s Contact Relationship Management (CRM) tools will use email as one of the channels to communicate with your customers about their printing needs.

Nothing changes! As an existing (legacy) ezMail customer, you can continue to use ezMail to create and deliver email campaigns, both for yourself and your customers.
